This is a known issue that affects Win10 users and the developer of eDocs is currently investigating.

Please now that this issue is not limited to one user or organization.

However, the developer has provided a recommended solution in the mean time.


To solve this issue, follow the steps listed below:


1. Open your Start Menu then search for and select "Change Display Settings".


           


2. Under Scale and Layout, ensure that "Change the size of test, apps and other items" is set to 100%


           


3. Reopen the eDocs document.
