There are some customizations you can make to your Adobe layout to better suit your workflow. 


Pin Page Thumbnails. 


Follow the below steps to pin the Page Thumbnails pane to the left of your Adobe. After following these steps, every time you open a PDF this pane will be expanded by default.


  1. Open any PDF document in Adobe.  
  2. Click the two-page icon in the left-side toolbar. 

  1. Right-click on the two-page icon and select Pin Page Thumbnails. 



Pin Bookmarks. 


Follow the below steps to pin the Bookmarks pane to the right of your Adobe. After following these steps, every time you open a PDF this pane will be expanded by default.


  1. Open any PDF document in Adobe.  
  2. Click the bookmark icon in the left-side toolbar. 

  1. Right-click on the bookmark icon and select Pin Bookmarks.
