1. Sign into the ShareFile Dashboard: https://rcdso.sharefile.com 
  2. Select Folders: 
    1. Personal Folders: Folder only visible to those signed into your account 
      1. Select “+”. 
      2. Select Create Folder. 
        1. Enter a name and description, the click Create Folder 
    2. Shared Folders: Folders that can be shared with external users *(NOTE: Shared Folders can only be shared with external users)* 
      1. Select “+”. 
      2. Select Create Folder. 
      3. Enter a name and description. 
      4. Select Yes under Add People to folder. 
      5. Select Create Folder. 
      6. If the user you wish to share access with has been messaged previously, use the address book text box to search for their email.  
      7. If this is a new user, click Create a new user and enter their details. 
      8. Click Add.
