Select Folders:

Personal Folders: Folder only visible to those signed into your account
- Select “+”.

Select Create Folder.
- Enter a name and description, the click Create Folder

Shared Folders: Folders that can be shared with external users *(NOTE: Shared Folders can only be shared with external users)*
- Select “+”.
- Select Create Folder.
- Enter a name and description.
- Select Yes under Add People to folder.
- Select Create Folder.
- If the user you wish to share access with has been messaged previously, use the address book text box to search for their email.
- If this is a new user, click Create a new user and enter their details.
- Click Add.
