Please refer to the below steps to update your RCDSO account password. 

This password is shared for the following RCDSO systems:

  • Office Apps (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Unlocking your laptop
  • The Bridge
  • Dynamics 365
  • The Dash
  • Microsoft Teams


*NOTE: You must be connected to VPN prior to updating your password for the change to go into effect.


  1. Once connected to VPN, press Ctrl + Alt + Del and select Change a Password. 
  2. You will be prompted to enter your current password, then create a new one that meets the below criteria:
    1. Minimum of 12 characters or more in length. 
    2. Minimum of 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase letter. 
    3. Minimum of 1 number. 
    4. Minimum of 1 special character (Ex: !, @, #, etc.) 
  3. Once the password has been changed, you will be prompted to log into Microsoft Teams and/or Outlook within 40 minutes using the new credentials.
