The below steps outline how you can share your personal RCDSO calendar with another RCDSO staff member. 


Please note that all staff members have access to see busy/free blocks in your calendar for scheduling, but they will not see meeting details (e.g. Name, Teams or Zoom link, other attendees, meeting description) unless specified otherwise. 


  1. Open Outlook (classic).
  2. Select the calendar tab on the left-side of the screen.
  3. At the top of the screen, select Home > Share Calendar and select your email address from the drop-down menu.
  4. In the pop-up window, select Add.
  5. The RCDSO address book will pop-up in a separate window. Search for and select the staff member you would like to share with from the list.
  6. Select OK.
  7. You will now see them listed as a user you as sharing your calendar with. Under Permissions at the bottom of this window, specify what level of access they will need.
  8. Click Apply.
  9. Click OK.
