The below steps outline how you can share your personal RCDSO calendar with another RCDSO staff member.
Please note that all staff members have access to see busy/free blocks in your calendar for scheduling, but they will not see meeting details (e.g. Name, Teams or Zoom link, other attendees, meeting description) unless specified otherwise.
- Open Outlook (classic).
- Select the calendar tab on the left-side of the screen.
- At the top of the screen, select Home > Share Calendar and select your email address from the drop-down menu.
- In the pop-up window, select Add.
- The RCDSO address book will pop-up in a separate window. Search for and select the staff member you would like to share with from the list.
- Select OK.
- You will now see them listed as a user you as sharing your calendar with. Under Permissions at the bottom of this window, specify what level of access they will need.
- Click Apply.
- Click OK.
